Adriana Dima (Girneata) is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania (ASE). She received the Ph.D. degree in Management from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies in 2015, with the thesis: “Increasing managerial performances in Romanian textile industry organizations”. She is author and co-author of various articles published in ISI Thomson Reuters or international databases indexed journals and has presented her research results at several international conferences. Her current research interests include operations management, production management, clusters and the textile and clothing industry.
