Beneficiind ca organizatie de o vasta experienta anterioara de 15 ani in domenii precum managementul proiectelor, dezvoltarea organizationala, asistenta sociala, dezvoltare personala, dezvoltare culturala, promovarea brandului personal si de firma, programe de/si pentru tineret, centre virtuale de resurse, specialistii Asociatiei Lumen propun o serie de programe de formare si specializare in domenii de varf a practicilor sociale.
