The philosophy of the programs Lumen Editorial Group and Lumen Association is based mainly on promoting young valuable people regardless of fields and especially on facilitating the efforts of young people to make themselves known. Organizing programs, such as the National Program of Literary Debut offers the opportunity for talented young people to become successful.

The response will include either acceptance or rejection for publishing the debut volume, the editorial terms and conditions and also the percentage of sponsorship for the volume.
