Collective volume/ Chapters in volumes – for Volumes with themes proposed by authors
The proposal volume is done by a quest editor (There are accepted maximum 3 quest editors) and should include the following:
- Collection / field where the volume falls
- The title of the volume
- Purpose of the volume and motivation of development such a volume .
- Presentation of volume (approximately 3-4 pages)
- Contents of the volume proposed for selection
- Significant sample of proposed volume, selected by the author to be judged by Lumen Reviewers
- The full volume proposed for publication (if it is final when the proposal is made)
- List of authors, including names, institutional affiliation and email address (if there are available in this phase of the project)
- Declaration on own responsibility on the copyright of the material proposed
- Declaration in which to be specified that the volume has not been published previously and is not under contract with another publishing house in the country or abroad;

The proposal of papers is done by interested authors, the Editorial Board setting of its 3 quest editors to perform the functions of coordination of activities of collection, evaluation, acceptance / rejection / revision work. Proponents of papers should provide the following:
- The volume in which the authors include the paper
- Title of paper
- Aim of the study and development of such work motivation
- Presentation of paper by an abstract of 600 words
- Full paper to be evaluated by Lumen publishing reviewers (if the final paper is available when the proposal was made)
- Declaration on own responsibility on the copyright of the material proposed
- The author’s statement in which will be noted that the work has not been published previously and is not under contract with another publishing house in the country or abroad;
