Dr. la Facultatea de Științe ale Educației, Universitatea Ștefan cel Mare din Suceava, unde predă următoarele materii: Metodologia instruirii, Teoria evaluării și Elemente de metodologia cercetării. Este Doctor în Științe ale Educației în cadrul Facultății de Psihologie și Științe ale Educației, Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iași. Este membru al Asociației Psihologilor Români, al Asociației Mondiale de Științe ale Educației și membru fondator al Asociației Academica Pedagogilor și al Asociației Pedagogilor Creștini. A fost membru în comitetul editorial și științific al mai multor reviste, printre care se numără „Procedis Social and Behavioral Sciences”, „Social Sciences and Research” și „International Psychological Application Conference and Trends”. Constantin-Florin Domunco este Asistent universitar la Universitatea „Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava. Profesia sa de bază este cea de sociology, în prezent fiind Doctorand în Științe ale comunicării în cadrul Școlii Naționale de Studii Politice și Administrative. Este membru al l Asociației Române de Sociologie, European Sociological Association și American Sociological Association. A publicat articole pe teme de educație și sociologie în reviste de specialitate.
