Este Doctor în Științe ale Educației în cadrul Facultății de Psihologie și Științe ale Educației, Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iași. Este membru al Asociației Psihologilor Români, al Asociației Mondiale de Științe ale Educației și membru fondator al Asociației Academica Pedagogilor și al Asociației Pedagogilor Creștini.
