Silvia Florina Cojanu – National Scientific Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection, Bucharest, Romania. She works as a researcher in the field of social policy at the National Scientific Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection in Bucharest. She holds a PhD in economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and has previously studied psychology at the University of Bucharest. Her research interests include poverty and social exclusion, occupational stress, work satisfaction, organizational culture and workers’ perceptions, social and occupational inclusion of persons from disadvantaged groups, approaching phenomena from the economic and psychological perspective. She has published research results in national and international research journals and volumes.
