Ilidor Tiberiu Pleşa – Valahia University of Targoviste, Romania. PhD. Student, has started his research activity along with the admission to doctoral studies in the field of management. His activities in the doctoral field are a complex one, requiring participation to international conferences and symposiums, and a rigorous documentation in management field. During doctoral studies, he attended theoretical courses that allow him to investigate the phenomena in the researched field.
