Eugene Pitukhin – Professor at Petrozavodsk Srtate University, Head of Analitical Department at Budget monitoring center. Fields of interest are system analysis in the ―soft‖ systems management, mathematical modeling of socio-economic dynamics, development and creation of forecasting models for the educational and economic systems, forecasting professions and competencies of workers in demand by the economy, formalization of quantitative and qualitative models of the labor market and educational services market, assessment of the effectiveness of employment graduates, modeling the staff potential of the university.
