Armenia Androniceanu – PhD professor at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. This distinguished person has an extensive experience in academic research and had obtained many positions over the years such as: Director of International Center of Public Management, Director of Administration and Public Management Review, Expert- Project Manager for international projects, Public position in the Office of the Prime-Minister (2004-2007) and 17 years of academic activity at Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The research areas of interests are public management, performance management, performance of the public administration, projects of the public administration, international public management.
