Abstract:
In the present paper we are proposing a model of good
practice, to implement the process of social integration of persons
with disabilities. By applying appreciative socialization group –
BACH Model the people with disabilities become stakeholders in
the process of social integration. Appreciative socialization group
proposes a passing through 4D model extended and the
identification of success stories of all of the disabled people and
then overcome vulnerability and auto- vulnerability which was
originally intended.
