Abstract
Appreciative inquiry is based on a constructionist methodology aimed at highlighting the positive elements and transforming the organization and design of social development from the existing positive experiences. Replacing welfare society with the network society, globalization and interdependence in the reconstruction of the social paradigm by replacing the postmodern society centering on specific personality to that of “border spiritualization” change welfare objectives of “boosting the potentialities of self-determination of the client. In this context appreciative inquiry is a force of transformation, which will create beneficial changes in both organizational culture and the mentality of individuals.
