Abstract :
We may ask why questions like „What goes well at your
workplace?” are usually commented in a ridiculous register? The
answer is simple: individuals are used to concern especially on the
problems they face at the workplace, or on the major problems
facing society. State of stress affects employee interpersonal
relations, productivity, job satisfaction. Therefore each organization
must optimize their resources in order to increase profits, employee
are the base resource. They seek to be best in a given field, to be
valued, appreciated and respected by others.
Therefore, in the organizational environment, employees
must be motivated, must have alternatives to avoid the obstacles
they encounter, to have positive prospects for the future, so that
they can achieve success, support and lead to change.
In appreciative approach the manager participates as an equal,
in the attempt towards positive organizational change, represents a
motivation factor. Acting so the hierarchy becomes cooperative
based on discovery and not on authority.
People use a number of beliefs and expectations about others,
so that they can guide their behaviour toward them. This article
wants to be a review of the effects that affect human behaviour:
Placebo Effect, Hawthorne Effect, Golem Effect and the Pygmalion
Effect. Self-fulfilling prophecies and behavioural confirmation are
complex psycho-social factors that concern the daily interaction
between individuals.
